Terms & Conditions – Horse of the Year 2025 Equitak™ Excel Competition

Eligibility:
The competition is open to New Zealand residents only, excluding employees of Elanco and VS Equine. -
Competition Period:
The competition will run from Friday 28 February to Monday 3 March 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered. -
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must:- Like the competition post on Facebook.
- Comment on the post with their answer to the question: “Which event are you most looking forward to at Horse of the Year?” Entries must be submitted in the form of a Facebook comment on the competition post.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive 2x Equitak™ Excel for their horse, in the 30g paste. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. -
Winner Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. -
Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via a direct message on Facebook within 24 hours of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner will be selected. -
Prize Delivery:
The prize will be collected at the VS Equine tent at Horse of the Year, or the winners closest Vet Services Hawkes Bay or Dannevirke Clinic. -
Privacy:
By entering the competition, participants consent to their entry being used for promotional purposes by VS Equine. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent. -
